ISO 9001 - International Standard for Quality Management

Prism Helicopters has established a quality management system that complies with ISO-9001: 2008 standard. The quality management system ensures a process of continuous improvement based on customer requirements.

Process approach identifies processes that have impact on quality of delivered service, the interaction and the effect of each process and continuous improvement of the overall quality system.

The company uses the following processes to ensures continuous improvement:

a) Identification and allocation of resources necessary to deliver results in accordance with customer requirements and company’s policies.
b) Planning and delivery of services to ensure consistency.
c) Collection and analysis of information against policies, objectives and requirements to improve product/service performance and effectiveness.
d) Taking actions to continually improve process performance based on objective measurement.
